Rock and Roll Baby!!

Addison loves music and we truly were able to see just how much she loves music when we went to Houston this weekend. She loved playing on NaNa and Grandpa's piano! Obviously, you can tell from the video that she was very excited about it. Also, we went to my brother's celebration in Huntsville and they had a band called, Secondhand Rose. They were actually pretty good! When Addison was not chasing their golden lab, Maverick, she was standing by the stage dancing and watching them intently as they played their instruments (specifically the guitar and the drums). We hope that she continues to enjoy music and that she can be involved in this in some way as she gets older! video

The Pumpkin Patch

Last weekend, we took Addison The Maize in Shallowater to enjoy the pumpkin patch! We were lucky enough to be accompanied by her godfather, Uncle T! We were all pretty excited to go out there, but we once we got there we quickly realized that were not dressed for the occasion. The temperature had dropped by the time we made it out there and the wind had picked up. Despite this intrusion of coldness, Addison loved the animals, snuggling with Uncle T on the hayride, and picking out her treasured pumpkin (she tried to pick up all of the pumpkins out in the patch, but we found a small one...just her size).

Hey Pig!!! (This was a huge pig)
Daddy and Uncle T walking with Addison! So Cute!
Although it was freezing cold out, Addison still managed to have a wonderful time!

Uncle T was quite cold, but he managed to hold it together to keep our sweet girl warm on the hayride!

Our little Witch!

In the spirit of the upcoming event/holiday...Halloween, I wanted to share a fun little thing our silly daughter is doing. My mom bought some Halloween books for her on her last visit up here and there is a book that shows all of the scary "creatures" in a haunted house. At the end of the book, the door opens and a witch screams and her eyes flash...quite creepy...but Addison gets a kick out of it. She enjoys screaming with the witch, we video taped it and we thought we would share the spookiness of our little witch!

South Plains Fair

Last week before my mom went home we decided to take her and Addison to the fair here in Lubbock. It was not the greatest event in the world!, but Addison enjoyed looking at/petting all the animals and the carousel ride. I thought I would show off a couple of the pictures.
